WALK UP AND DOWN THE HALL WHEN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO--IT WILL MAKE YOUR LEGS STRONGER AND IT WILL ALSO KEEP THE DARKNESS IN THE HALLWAY STIRRED AND KEEP IT FROM SETTLING!
